At Solmira Ceramics, we don’t just ship boxes—we dispatch fragile pieces of soul and clay. Here is everything you need to know about how your pieces travel from our kiln to your hands.

1. The Crafting & Packing Ritual

•    In-Stock Creations: Packed and ready to roam within 1–3 business days.

•    Made-to-Order Pieces: Good things take time in the kiln. Custom items require 5–10 business days to cure and set before packing.

•    Tracking: The moment your package leaves our studio, a tracking link will land in your inbox.

2. Domestic Journeys (United States)

•    Standard Delivery (3–7 business days): Reliable ground transport across the US.

•    Expedited Delivery (2–3 business days): For when you simply can't wait to hold your new favorite cup.

•    The $75 Treat: Orders over $75 USD unlock Free Standard Shipping automatically at checkout.

3. Global Wandering (International Shipping)
We love sending our ceramics to collectors around the globe.

•    Transit Time: International deliveries take between 7 to 21 business days depending on customs speed.

•    Customs & Duties: International packages may incur import taxes, VAT, or local customs fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country's government and are the recipient's responsibility.

4. Armor for Fragile Art
We take package protection seriously. Every item is nestled in high-impact, shock-absorbing, and eco-friendly wrap inside reinforced double-walled boxes. They are built to survive the bumpies of transport.

5. The Unexpected Moment (Damaged Items)
If the postal gods were rough and your ceramic arrives cracked or broken, don't worry. We’ll replace it—no stressful disputes.

Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1.    Your order number.

2.    A couple of quick photos of the broken item and the shipping box.

We will ship out a fresh replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
